This is a cupcake I quilled for a friend on her birthday. The cupcake is from a kit from Quilled Creations. The cupcake is in two pieces large enough for a Hershey's Kiss, After it was created I used Glossy Accents from Ranger to give it a gloss and used it as the adhesive. Cerlyne, I actually used more strips than what was called for. I tried it without adding more but I didn't like how it looked so I added more then after I covered it with Glossy Accents from Ranger.
